A 20 Unit Housing Development is currently under construction in Tinahely where Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) is being utilised. This is the first housing development on behalf of Wicklow County Council to use this modern method of construction. McMahon Associates are providing Technical Advisory and Assigned Certifier Services.
Substantial Completion has been achieved on the Student Services Building for SETU Carlow. McMahon Associates provided Civil & Structural Engineering Services on this development.
New conveyors and equipment have arrived from Spain for the new cullet unloading facility at Encirc Glass in Derrylin. McMahon Associates are providing engineering services for these upgrade works which are anticipated to be completed in March.

Refurbishment of the vacant PJ Carroll Building in Dundalk Institute of Technology has been completed to accommodate the new Electrical & Plumbing Apprentice Training Centre. We provided Civil & Structural Engineering and PSDP Services on this 1,200m2 Fit Out Project to a Protected Structure.

Contracts were signed between Westmeath County Council and Coolsivna Construction Group Ltd for the design and build of 62 homes across 4 sites. McMahon Associates are Employer's Representative and Assigned Certifier for the projects, working along side McGahon Surveyors & T5 Partnership.
McMahon Associates provided consultancy services to Combilift for their recent expansion to the Stores. This was an extension to the existing 10 acre building which was constructed in 2016 on which we were Lead Designer.
We are excited to see the greenery developing on the EvoGeo reinforced earth system at our site in Ballynerrin in Co. Wicklow. This site had difficult topography to navigate and this sustainable system which used site won material in the construction will hopefully minimise the impact of the level differences across the site.
McMahon Associates are delighted that after 24 years in deteriorating prefabs, construction work has commenced at the site of the new school outside Donegal Town. We are providing Civil & Structural Engineering services and the school will be built in phased construction.
The proposed housing development of 69 units and a community facility on undeveloped lands at Balgaddy, Lucan has commenced with Cunningham Contracts as the Main Contractor. McMahon Associates are Employer's Representative & Assigned Certifier on behalf of South Dublin County Council. We look forward to the successful completion of the project in Summer 2024.
McMahon Associates are delighted to see the successful installation of ballstops at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh. We designed the piled foundations and ballstops, and coordinated the installation within a busy GAA calendar to ensure the grounds were available at all times for matches.
