Meegan Builders have poured the concrete to the jointless 1,200m2 floor in the new industrial unit for Nicrome Stainless. We are the Assigned Certifier and Civil & Structural Engineers on this project.
We are currently providing Civil & Structural Engineering services to Kingspan for their office development in Kingscourt, on behalf of Design Build Contractor, Grant Fit Out. The project is due for completion in early 2022.

Great progress in Newry at the site of the Apartment Development on The Mall where we are the Structural Engineers with Killowen Contracts. Quinn Piling carried out CFA piling while O'Hare Steel provided the structural steelwork and Spanwright installed the precast slabs and stairs.
The NQA Auditor has just completed 3 days with McMahon Associates and we are delighted to retain our ISO External Accrediation & to have successfully completed the migration from 18001 to 45001. Our Consulting Engineering Services are certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management. A great way to finish off a tough year!
Stephen Byrne Civil Engineering Contractor has the Spanwright precast walls installed along the railway tracks and the backfill is near completion. This will provide 34No. carpark spaces to the north side of Maynooth Train Station. McMahon Associates are providing Contract Adminstration and Civil & Structural Engineering Services on this project.
Detailed structural & civil engineering design is progressing for the Corporate Support Services Building for IT Carlow in conjunction with Wejchert Architects and BDP M&E Engineers. It is anticipated that the project will go out to Tender before the end of the year.
The refurbishment of Howth Courthouse has been completed and is now home to the Tourist Office for the area. McMahon Associates provided Civil & Structural Engineering services which included the provision of universal access for all, externally and internally to the Protected Building.
ABM achieved practical completion on the 34 Unit Housing Development in Baltinglass for Wicklow County Council on the 3rd June. McMahon Associates were delighted to form part of the Client's Team in the successful delivery of this project.
